Hello! Clinical Psychologist here. Madalas akong naiinvite to conduct NP Assessment sa mga applicants. Hindi lahat ng nandito ay accurate. This might even lead you to inaccurate response. Walang tao na may same personality therefore walang dapat drawing na pareho. Magandang dapat ma-point out rito na the NP evaluation is for the BENEFIT OF THE ORGANIZATION. We cannot afford to have a firefighter or patrol man who is mentally unstable. This will definitely affect his overall performance and ofcourse the entire organization. Pag may rubbing elbows sa akin at gustong pumasa, I do not give in because my faith is for the Bureau. Gusto natin ng maayos at credible na mga public servants.
