I'm about to start an entry level IT Help Desk job. Admittedly, I don't know much aside from the very basics of computer functioning. The job plans to train me, but I wanted to look up some things on my own. I found this very helpful. Thank you so much.

Thank you this helped! I started an IT systems administrator job in April, my first job in IT. I'm liking it so far, networking is new to me but I'm able to do my research to stay in this position.

I loved the overview, as my background is quite extensive, but in radiography, MRI, and CT, and from the DOS days. So I found it VERY helpful, as my confidence has been dinged by someone who was just being cruel. Thank you...Also I liked the bullet style, and very concise
