I'm gonna be honest, alongside with Super 8, Snowpiercer has one of the most brutal train crashes. Both of these movies have the whole train in a wreck, there's a lot of chaos, sure, Snowpiercer didn't make it out alive and some of the train may have survived since trains would eventually stop without an engine.

Maybe almost entirely CGI work, but this is probably one of the most scariest train wrecks I've seen on the big screen.

The built in sets and the cgi imagery bring this train crash up to the highest level of crashes
