If you play on Nightmare difficulty, you can drink speed boosters without failing the challenge. Stack speed boosters with night hunter boosters for mondo-mega speed. Great run nonetheless, using said booster stack, I only completed this challenge with a single second left, so congrats.

If you drop on the bus at the start right on the ledge you can skip the animation of landin in the bus saving time and more zig zag while running could help ignore other animations but it was a good run
