This game was and still is really underrated. Yeah it shouldn’t have had the Splinter Cell name to it and be a new ip. But the gameplay felt really original and fun.

Best plot in the series. Each mission felt like a natural progression of the story. The original series plot was a little too vague and convoluted. The missions, while containing awesome stealth, felt emotionally hollow. Conviction made you feel like the ultimate badass who is out for blood.

I remeber playing this game a lot with my friend on xbox360 split screen , we got so good at it that we played on the hardest difficulty(more enemies per level , they spot you faster ) and took everyone of them with just CQC
