Chop is arguably the best character in the game his design is based and the overall change of chop through the story make him one of the best characters. Chops unique personality adds to the game and overall leaves you feeling like you’re with him when he suffers and succeeds. Chops gameplay mechanics are a staple in the game leaving you wanting more of him.

I can't express how thankful I am bro I was frustrated when I could not play with chop thinking I will have to start a new game, this took me a few days and I was about to give up but all of a sudden it triggered the character switch animation.

I just did it and it worked. For those who dont want to sleep until the time is 19:20 again, make a save file at that time and just load into that save file when you dont get the right cutscene.

I finally got the cutscene and accidentally dismissed him

Didn’t get the cutscene but after 30 minutes of sheer annoyance I somehow on earth accessed the chop menu and was able to take him for a walk, play fetch, and I completed it. Wow I’m speechless.

They fixed it now, I finally got 100%

OK i fucked up the taking chop for a walk part so i had get the switch 3 times. The sweet spot seems to be when its 20:17 for franklin after you've switched to him. Got it 3 times in half an hour of trying. I hope this helps someone.

if anyone is still having this issue i kept doing 19.20 with no success but first attempt on 19.30 was successful.

Finally was able to hit the cutscene after 2 days but the freaking ball disappeared when I threw it.

5, 11, 17, 23, are the times in which I changed with Franklin, the time moves forward, but you continue, and keep changing, eventually it appears, after 30 minutes it appeared to me. good luck!

I tried it for a while but didnt work, last thing i need , I just need to get that franklin switch w chop and I'll be solid. I'll keep trying

I think it's because Rockstars removed the iFruit app so we can't walk Chop, but thanks a lot for the tutorial
