Good job and effort. I plant my spinach via seedling trays as per some of yours. However I think your holes little deep and no need to thin plants not carrying fruit, especially when just leaves. You just give it free nitrogen fertilizer like urine and fermented weed(other plants aka jadam). However when it is ready to harvest you don’t apply fertilizer for about 2 weeks.
