For anyone who may not know, the sound you hear at about 2:31 is one of the many vents covers being opened. In lethal company these vents-which you can see towards the bottom some walls-are actually the spawn points for the monsters inside the building and when they spawn the vent they spawned from will be visibly open and if can be heard open if you’re close enough to it. So when you enter the facility and you hear or see an open vent you can almost guarantee there’s a monster nearby.
