You need to purchase a separate "power bank" to charge your devices. The suitcases do not include those. The wire in the suitcase then plugs into the power bank, once attached you can close that front compartment. You need a separate charging wire for the outside top of suitcase to plug your devices to charge them. You can use an angled head charging wire so you can stack other bags on top. I hope this helps. I love my pink carry-on!!! Glides so effortlessly on all flooring types, I love the long extended handle, I was able to stack my garment and tote bags on top and still have room to grip the handle. No dents or scratches.

How heavy are these bags? I am torn on these as often times my husband and I try to just take one bag and lighter bags give us more weight without out going over the 50lbs allotment, and I am seeing the checked bag is 15.5lbs and that’s just really heavy IMO.

These people in the airport baggage claim need to be responsible for trashing peoples bags like they do! I bet if they were held accountable and had to pay for the bags they dented by throwing them it would be a different story

Evidently, you didn’t fly with this or if you did, how did you get around with the fact that it’s larger than the dimensions allowed for domestic and international Airlines dimensions allowed 22 in x 14 in x 9 while the carry-on are 21'5" x 15.5" x 10".
