Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Channel. We are so glad you came to check us out. My name is Andrew and my wife Karyl and I are embarking on a healthy lifestyle journey. We have been blessed with 3 beautiful babies: Aryana (7), Micah (5) and Kaedin (7mths). As you can imagine our lives are busy, but we've decided through Faith, Family and Fitness to share our story in an effort to inspire and encourage other families.
