Everyone is arguing about who they ship Mare with, but at this point, I'm just loving Maven and everything about his character arc. Make no mistake, he is a complete BASTARD, but regardless, there's a vulnerability in him that makes even the devil redeemable in some way. I desperately need that small sliver of good in him to develop. Badly.

No, nop, never in my life. I can't shipp Maven and Mare. I know Elara fucked up with Maven's mind, but still, Maven no longer loves Mare. Now that the feeling was corrupted it is just a creepy obssession. And I see everyone saying that Cal betrayed Mare etcetc But it seems like you people forgot that in Red Queen Mare was only using Cal. Not only that, Cal may screw up once, but let's not forget that he did A LOT of things for Mare, he always protect her.
