When I throw my item, sometimes it is coloured othertimes not. Any ideas?

I was wondering, I have VSeeFace and I can use a gif to give myself googly eyes, but when going across to Vtuber Plus, trying to add a 2D prop if won't work with gifs, so, can I not use my googly eyes on Vtuber plus?

Also, I tried using the bits, but when hitting the bits button on OBS it doesn't do anything, am I doing something wrong when trying to integrate bits into Vtuber plus?
