The fact that they moved this scene from the beginning of the game and expanded it to a whole new puzzle makes me even more excited for the remake. Bloober have exceeded expectations despite negative feedback.

This actually is very true to Jacob's ladder's aesthetic, which is also the original inspiration for the game.

I am obsessed with the stillness of this scene. And the extended Magdelene music. I think this scene alone has given me confidence in this remake.

I swear… I have a save file for the jukebox only to hear this one. I just love how the melody with the piano at the start sounds so tense… but then once you reach in the flashback the park and Mary, the chords peace it all and made it emotional and beautiful. I swear, I love that ost. It’s beautifully written.
