How to craft some blades that requires 1000 kils or 1000 proud soul? I mean for example yuzuki tukumo, it needs only slash blade with ONLY 1000 kills and fire aspect enchant, but when I kill with slash blade - I gain proud soul too, I can't use slash blade with 1000 kills and 2600 proud soul for example.

the wither blade is obtained by putting the anonymity nameless sword on the sword stand in front of the wither and letting the initial blast of the wither explode it. it's an RnG thing so you may or may not get it, but the sword won't get destroyed upon the explosion so rest assured
