I was in SW Missouri and me and my girl saw a very large Mountain Lion Cougar ect.. it was huge and ran across the road and up a 20 ft embankment like it was nothing...totally never saw anything like it before or after that back in 2003ish

The one me and my neighbour watched wasn't a full jet black but in the sun there were distinctive faint blotches, like a leopard or jaguar pattern faintly showing under black if that makes sense. And it wasn't an oversized pussy cat because they don't have a body longer than the sheep it was circling or almost as high while in the low stalk mode.
