HI, although it's been a while, I think you should check out more of the modern seafood retaurants for a better culinary perspective of seattle such as The Walrus and the Carpenter (Renee Erikson is the owner and it's one of her restaurants, if not the most iconic with Bateau being a great steak place), Rock Creek seafood, Taylor Shellfish oyster bar, and so forth.
