Being a Chef for many years, my passion is cooking and creating new recipes for my journey. I create meals from whole foods, not boxed or shelf stable products that claim to be Keto friendly. I recently made ground turkey lasagna with egg life wraps. I found it held up well and texture to regular pasta quite close. I like using egg life
