I rarely watch TV or movies, but I could be making twisted paper ropes while watching YouTube! The rare times I am upstairs watching something on the television, the lighting isn't good enough for most projects, but this one wouldn't need good lighting

Thank you for this tutorial. I am going to make some gift bags and I wanted to use white paper handles. I think if I try to use the regular tissue paper you put inside the gift bag will work.
