This happened to me and since then my battery has been draining. It got into the passenger side fuse box and the carpet got bad. Would I have to replace the whole fuse box?

Hopefully you see this, and can help me out. I just had water pouring out of the point where the sun visor is connected to the roof. I've never messed with anything in that area, and i have never had this problem before. Could the drain being plugged up cause an issue like that? I'm honestly at a loss for what to do here.
