Contrary to popular belief, the garlic from the bottle or jar is just as good and will save you time, energy, and keep your fingers from smelling like garlic. Take your short cuts when and where you can. I am a chef and ain't no shame in my game. All chefs don't cook from scratch all the time. We take short cuts too. Lol. Your sauce looks delicious too. I tried this sauce out an it's delicious .an I also came up with an Idea after I had let everything simmer on the stove top I had put the sauce in a blender an blended everything up together it was so delicious so good an tasty I had tasted all of the spice's.
