This movie BROKE MY HEART!!

Will never understand how a parent can kill their child because the child choose to love who they want. No one can choose the colour of their skin or the parents they were born to. Using colour or religion to justify killing is very sad.

hes such a underrated actor

His acting to me is perfect and so so soulful.

The ending should make every person of every race really see how demonized and evil racism is. It destroys love all the time as we see in the end. If it wasn't for the evil of racism they would of enjoyed a life loving each other. This is how it is when you fall in love with black. He was brave to love her anyway. Died in his love for her.

George Mackay is the best, he played his part with full adherence to his character following the Stanislavsky's method !!!

I am sure this movie ends sadly. It might not be the ending that many want, but in a way, it would be realistic. I would watch this movie still, because it seems like my kind of movie. An inspiring movie...much like many others.
