The DBC was founded in 2020 after a PBR fueled MTB ride, back then it was more about the beers then the rides. In March of 2023 my best friend and co founder went into kidney failure. Bikes became a safe haven during turbulent times; what was once just a hobby became a passion. April 8th 2024, the amazing staff at VGH successfully plucked out one of my kidneys and placed it into one of the greatest men I have the pleasure of calling a friend. Be it Devine intervention or our mutual Scottish heritage, I was a perfect match. Our name is now ironic more then factual. We love to ride bikes; we are far from gnarly but we feel pretty gnarly . This channel is to share our adventures and the fun times we have and the great people we meet along the way. After all, the best part of biking is the people and community you get to share the sport with. Enjoy.
