Number 32 might not be a bug. Maybe that grunt just doesn't like to move. You don't know the grunt.

The funniest thing to me is that I didn't notice a single one of these things in my time playing Reach. I think that speaks leaps and bounds for how great of a job Bungie did with the immersion of this game. Granted, some of the flaws were obscure but still. One of the best games I've ever played and definitely my favorite. I'm sad that I'll never experience it for the first time again.

At the end, Reach was glassed a lot so maybe the first shot of your empty helmet shows at a different time than the second shot.

Another is when Carter talks to the pilot on the falcon before you land on the first mission. He talks to him normally with no radio static, then talks to Jun right in front of him with finger on helmet and static.
