I’m honestly so glad Shapey and Block have each other… between Bloberta’s neglect and Clay’s obvious favor to Orel, I’m glad they both have someone in this world. They need each other and it’s so sweet they’ve found brotherhood.

Scott Adsit deserves more praise for his performance as Clay. His VA was so raw and genuine at points watching this show I forgot I was watching a claymation adult swim show. He deserves to be in more mainstream media

One thing I never see anyone talk about is that in Nature, Clay has flies swarming around him while Orel doesn’t. Flies are traditionally a symbol of the devil and evil. I’m glad you talked briefly about it.

Thanks for defending Clay a bit, he truly is the worst person in the show but it seems like he was a monster created by bad people. Everyone treated him bad and took advantage of him whether it was his dad or Bloberta which led him to becoming what he is. In my opinion Clay the most well written character in the show.

I feel like clay would have been happier and a better person if: he never married, got with the coach, didnt have kids .

Clay and Bloberta were products of terrible upbringing and they failed to move on. Clay wanted Orel to hate his grandfather which failed badly, but Orel ended up hating Clay instead after Clay shot him. Orel never hated his grandfather and it said if the series continued, his grandfather left Orel money and his farmhouse and this made Clay very angry.

The cancelled episodes had bloberta having an affair with officer paparrmouth and the grandpa moving in with them.

I watched this show back in April and words cannot describe how floored I was with the Nature eps. The voice acting, the turn of tone, the animation, just everything was so damn amazing and flawless. It made me feel gross, like as if i needed to shower, lol. But season 3 made me feel so much that I just wish that AS didnt cancel the show, its so unfortunate.

it feels weird how they try to frame all of Clay's abusers so humanly, compared to him

Whenever I think I might have the worst personality traits that are harmful to others I then see Clay and it lowers my anxieties.
