the reason why the insane people in the asylum goes "itchy, tasty" it's a reference to resident evil. the keepers diary has him documenting himself as he succumbs more to the t-virus in that game. the last 2 words in his book were "itchy, tasty"

I love this version so much, Ryoba and Senpai actually has a personality, There's no info chan which makes the game more interesting, less eyestraining interface plus I love the vhs effects, great lore and even though there's flaws, It has the potential.
