The title adds a lot to the overall impact of this track, imo.

I was cleaning my uncle's office about an hour or so ago and put this album on for the first time to give it a try. When I got to this song, I stopped cleaning and backed myself into a corner. I needed to make sure there was nothing behind me.

I used to try to listen to this album when I was in bed and often fell asleep a few tracks in. This track would wake me up in a frenzy every single time without fail.

The demons lose their grips. They know that's what I want. They retreat. The smell of steel and copper fill my nose as I realize I'm very much still alive. Just heard this now as I’m listening to the album for the first time. I’ve never heard anything this aggressively terrifying.

That droning whistle sound found at 2:30 is also heard at the beginning of Feel Happiness off of Swans Are Dead.
