This was interesting to watch, how you grated the ginger, boiled and steeped it to get the best result. Adding the cinnamon stick will give flavor. I like the fact you added the lemon juice last, as this will make it very effective no nutrients will be lost

guys it depens on how you eat , ive drank this for 20 days and lost about 10 kilos , and ive also cut sugar out of my died , and did a bit of workout. I really recommend this guys its healthy easy and quick!

This is working !!! I drink this twice a day one in the morning and once at night … throughout the day I also take a table spoon of sea moss and I take 1 tablespoons of ACV. I also just started RYZE coffee as well . With that being said I was 216 on Monday now Friday I am 210 . This tea along with the others are working great for me .
