The Belay Knot - Rock Climbing Training
Description
Welcome monkeys!
The Belay Knot is what I call myself, a self-motivated rock climbing coach, route setter and student of anatomy and physiology.
Originally from Miami, Florida I started climbing at 16 years old in a small gym called X-Treme Rock Climbing where I first worked behind the desk, then began teaching small classes and eventually became one of the southern most setters in the States. After attending Colorado Mountain College to become an Outdoor Guide I went on to receive my Wilderness First Responder while also studying big wall safety procedures. Afterwards I received my Route Setter Level 1 from USAClimbing which was taught by Chris Danielson.
After becoming a certified route setter I decided to take my love for body movement and training to the next level and try to share my passion of rock climbing with as many people as possible. Hope you stay awhile and enjoy what you see.
