I agree with having the emergency fund and paying off debt. I think of stacking precious metals like a form of savings. The fact that it's less liquid can also be beneficial if you need more discipline with your money. (You can't simply transfer it over into your checking )

Valid points. Keep cash on hand for emergencies (500-1000). Keep enough in checking account to cover monthly bills. Be debt free.

I have a feeling that people won't be able to stack for much longer. The comex is being drained at a ridiculous rate and banks are going long on silver. They know something. When rich people are starting to buy silver that's very telling. I'm referring to the big $50 million bought and brokered through Miles Franklin. Big things are happening behind the scenes. Now is the time to stack super hard and get it while you can.

I would agree , you amassed quite a bit in a short time Might I suggest those who are struggling much pre 64 US coins ( junk silver ) a little at a time , also for preppers on buget a box of nickel rolls $100 store well & if your car breaks down or something as such take them to bank & get dollars.

I have an alarm system for my safes. Yes, safes. The safes are rated at 1900 degrees for an hour. A dedicated camera also with motion sensor, glass breakage and motion. Simplisafe is what I use. Safes in a strategic location to minimize heat. I'm stacking for the SHTF and if that doesn't happen my twins get it. Win/win.

That was a very good move that you made because what I did was kind of stupid in that I started focusing on slabbed coins thinking that they were going to grow in value and that is not the case. So everybody out there do not focus on slabbed coins just because it says MS70 on it doesn't mean anything
