Very clean city. Good drainage system. No open gutters like we have in Ghana. Ghana should learn from you.

The streets of Cotonou is not empty, the roads you drive through were mainly the administrative zones, and one thing you should know is, COTONOU respect their traffic rules. If you will retake those road during morning hours between 7:30 and 8am, or evening hours of 6:30 to 7:30, you will start imagining where the crowd is coming from!
