Wow I never expected one of our encounters to be on YouTube

That husky was more than a fake service dog, it is an untrained dog. I see it so often with huskies. With proper training they can be amazing dogs

I’m sorry, but the woman in the motorized cart pissed me off, following the person, asking for papers, etc. both woman were in the wrong

I hate that people are so low as to lie about their dog being a service dog, just to be able to bring it into public places. It detracts from people who have real service dogs, and has caused the discrimination against real service dogs, everywhere.

I hope people eventually realise that emotional support dogs and service dogs aren't the same

If you ever encounter someone who says their dog is an attack dog AND a service dog, you have every right to tell them "then your dog is a living walking contradiction" and if they ask how or says that's not true, you just tell them that SD are NOT allowed to attack ANYONE! Dog, kid, adult, doesn't matter, SD DO NOT ATTACK! Thus it is impossible for them to be attack dogs.

Just wanted to note not all service dogs are leashed some need to be off leash to task

The first clip breaks my heart.

My grandma has a registered ESA long haired chihuahua and says it’s a service dog. Drives me nuts. I won’t take her anywhere where dogs aren’t allowed

The lady in the electric cart at Walmart went way too far, IMO. By following the couple with a white and brown pitt bull, constantly arguing with them or firing questions at them, is harassment. The couple was in the wrong for having their pet in a non pet friendly place. But, that doesn't give go cart lady license to be a looney.
Honestly that lady in the motorized cart was ridiculous. Didn't seem like a real Service Dog but it wasn't causing a scene or acting aggressive or disturbing the peace. Not to mention the lady was clearly breed biased. I'm more afraid of this crazy lady than that dog!

It doesn't mater the breed. it maters the owner and training. Don't judge breed!

The lady in the motorized cart really pissed me off. Yes, the dog clearly wasn't a service dog (though, as far as fake SDs go, he wasn't as poorly behaved as many I've seen), but that doesn't give her the right to harass those people without the intent to educate. Had she approached them with the intent of explaining ADA law and explaining what service dogs do, that may have been different, but she clearly had no interest in educating and was only concerned with the "dangerous pitbull" that was in the store. Them calling their dog a personal attack dog didn't help the situation, however many dogs are trained in bitework and it's possible they were genuinely confused and thought a personal protection dog was considered a service dog. Both parties were in the wrong, but if the lady had approached the woman with the dog in a more polite manner, maybe there would be one less owner who thinks their dog qualifies as an SD.

I am a vet with severe PTSD that uses a service dog to get around daily . This makes it hard on us .

That lady in the Walmart seemed much more upset over the fact that it was a pit bull rather than it being a fake. She may have been right, but to follow someone like that is harassment. Go STRAIGHT to management. However, the dog wasn't exactly unfriendly, and didn't seem to be bothering anyone, so she really stepped out of line. Had it of been lunging, pulling excessively, showing signs of reactivity or aggression, that would have been a MAJOR difference, but it wasn't. As someone with a legit service dog, it's frustrating to see fakes, but it's even more frustrating to see discrinitory behavior, over a breed. Personally, my SD is mixed with pit. They're generally an amazing breed, when bred and raised right. Again, as correct as she was, it was still uncalled for, and to then pull the "I'm disabled" card to get her way, kinda made me mad. It puts others into bad light
