Thank you. I find myself at 53, pre-diabetic, pre-menopause , hardly eating, yet overweight , inflamation. I was alway very active, competing in body building, natural. I dont know the overweight body I have now. I am going grocery shopping tomorrow, going carnivore.

In Germany the pot of bacon grease is called Schmaltz and it usually has bacon pieces in it. They sell it at the store as well in the deli section. I make my own with my bacon grease.
