Nice work. Looks good. Sound test?? I have a Donny FL shogun that has the stock screen over the monocore but instead of foam I wrapped it up in unraveled cotton balls. It took it from a little pop to a short hisss on the Airforce Condor SS .25.

Were did you get the mesh with the large holes? The stock screen is too fine and I think that doesn't let the air and sound absorb into the packing.

When you make a tutorial always place your tools and materials in front of you so you go looking for them while taping kinda embarrassing overall not bad. Next time do a before sound check and after sound check on the upgrade of the moderator.
