Martin Freeman's character is an established Marvel character, fyi. Everett Ross is a comic character directly tied to The Black Panther comic! That's why he was introduced in Civil War in the first place. He was THE BRIDGE to the Black Panther film!

When they were showing that reveal scene with the mercs and they had a quick blast of the horn sample, I was like "Wait . . . no?!" and then Run The Jewels' "Legend Has It" kicks in and I completely lost my shit. Haven't actually got it back yet.

Guys...about the music. I actually loved this particular music for this trailer because it was keenly appropriate. It's Hip Hop--but very techno-centric and eclectic! This is not "Coming To America." Wakanda is a hidden, xenophobic nation--that also happens to be the MOST TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED COUNTRY ON THE PLANET (in the Marvel universe.) They are tribal as a rule of antiquity and tradition--but they are not backwards. They are not only aware of the outside world...THEY MONITOR IT. That would include geopolitics, global economics and popular TRENDS around the world. As in all societies, popular trends are ADVANCED BY THE YOUTH. Of COURSE they would have Hip Hop. Probably better more cutting edge versions of it.

Wow, I see even Angela Bassett is in this film. I like how Wakanda is mentioned as what was thought to be the heavily searched for Eldorado but never found because it was in Africa not the then believed South America.
