Tip that puddle of oil towards your eggs and the eggs will slide up easy. The thinner your spatula, the easier to get all the food before sticking.

I got one , it’s nice , but not super lightweight , I didn’t realize about the handles coming up to lock the gril , that is what I was concerned about , but this is what created airflow for bigger pans , you can also pack it with smaller lengths of wood or charcoal and shut the door to control the flames better, good thing about cast iron , just scrape it out and wipe it down and it don’t need to be washed all the time
