You've done well, considering that you were your own camerman too ! Those were great shots, for the distance away of the last two. You've saved at least a few more deer for the season too,...it's a good job when you get rid of those 'pests'.

Awesome with the Tikka.... I haven't shot a Tikka yet, but the hornady V-Max 40 grain is what I shoot dogs with.

Western coyotes seem a bit on the small side. Here in the Maritimes the eastern coyote has bred with dogs and wolves making them a large and dangerous animal. Last one that I shot was just over 60 lbs and there were a few larger ones in the pack that I couldn't get a decent shot at.
