This channel intention is to give you the opportunity to connect with nature in the comfort of your own home. Just sit back in your armchair and play our videos, nature can take care of the rest.
The beautiful scenery of nature and its sounds can work amazingly for relaxation, meditation, focusing, learning and deep quality sleep. I don't add commentary throughout my videos as this can detract from the relaxation experience. There are sounds of forest, river, waterfall, stream, rain and birdsong.
The purpose of the channel is to help you relax your mind, body and spirit, allowing you to experience moments of peace, clarity and serenity. If you think I have accomplished that, I would be very happy if you decide to subscribe.
