Too bad you missed out on Dreamflight, the fairytale forest and Villa Volta! These are a few of my favourite attractions in the park

Efteling in my opinion has beaten Disney at their own game. That's not to say that Disneyland is not a good themepark but Efteling has proven that Disney is not the only one that can pull off a fairytale experience which sticks with you for multiple weeks to months. ^^ proud to be a dutchman because of it <3

The thing about Fata Morgana, Dreamflight and a lot of other attractions in the Efteling is that there is no specific story. It's just a showcase of beautiful fairytale scenes where you can make up a story yourself. Efteling has a whole other way of telling stories than Disney or Universal does. Of course there are attractions with stories, such as Symbolica, Baron 1898, Villa Volta and the Fairytale Forest. It's a great themepark.

In my opinion, Efteling only has one downside to it.

The rollercoasters in the Efteling maybe are not very heavy, but the theming is super detailed!!! It is a beautiful park and I go a lot of times to it. I think I go 1x every 2 weeks so I been there a lot of times and it’s still the best themepark I ever visited. It’s mostly because of the feeling when your in the park. The music, the theming, the forests around you. It’s a magical themepark and I’m gonna be there more and more and more in the future. Love it!

When you go to Efteling, you definitely, definitely cannot miss out on the fairy tale part. It's the main attraction of this park! Hope you get to check in there again soon :)

Noo you missed, dreamflight.. its better than Symbolica! The story of fata morgana is the 1001 arabiën night!

We are so excited to be getting to go to the Efteling this summer!

5:32 fatamorgana means an illusion in the dessert so you don't know if this experience is real or not. There isn't really a storyline but it's basicly a journey in this forbidden city wich is highly secured this is why you encounter many obsticles but eventually you get to the sultan's castle.

I always feel sentimental pride when non Dutch people are as excited about Efteling as me.

Dutch people are very proud of the Efteling, it won awards like best theme park in the world so that says it all!!!!

The coasters not being intense is actually a big plus to me, I can just go on Baron, then pick one pf the dark rides to relax and get myself hyped for another coaster. If I compare it to Walibi Holland, which used to be a Six Flags, it's pretty much based on its coasters only, and while I do think that park is fun as well, I just miss an opportunity to quiet down after having one of the more intenser rides there.

Just a quick (now that I wrote I realize it's not exactly quick, but whatever) explaining of what you should expect from Villa Volta, Dreamflight and the Fairytale Forest.

I am form the Netherlands and the Efteling is my absolute favourite theme park. I have been going there since I was a little kid, so I am a bit biased hahah. I loved your review and the vlog you did on Efteling as well! Keep up the good work ️
