If some one wants to pre booked the milk they should directly contact Sikkim milk union rather pre booking on vendors as milk scarcity will cause problem to common people who comes with the hope to buy a one litre or half litre shop vendors should also understand and should not pre booked like that for any reason

Selling of milk should be first come first serve basis.
