In the early 80’s my little sister lived in Bakersfield California and she was murdered. It has never been solved and no one seems to be interested in it and so it’s awesome that these families have closure. I wished my mom who is now 86 would get the same closure. She had three little kids and they were raised without their mama.

This tells you how important it is if you see something say something. Few days ago I saw on the news that in California a woman run away from her abductor, she was there several months before she escape, the saddest thing is that as the detectives where investigating a neighbor said she had heard a female crying at night. The neighbor didn’t call no one. I rather be called nosy then to know someone was in danger and I didn’t alert the police.

Thank you to the women who apparently had a suspicious feeling and called her police friend. Without her intuition how many other women would have been killed. Thank you miss for bothering to have it checked.

That woman that came to buy paint could have easily become the murderer's next victim had he been home at the time of her arrival. Yikes. I am so glad she called someone and was taken seriously.

The woman reported the van to the police is a hero. Thank to her they found the victim and send the killer to jail. We need more people like her to help to protect our family and community.

Karen Taylor is indeed a great forensic sketch artist. Texas police department is lucky to have her. Her drawings whether the people are victims or perpetrators, are always very accurate. Good for you, Karen, you deserve the utmost respect by helping investigators to find the criminals or victims who have been murdered or have disappeared. Amazing job she does, really awesome. God bless her always! 🏻

Who would call this woman a Karen obviously has never met a Karen. This woman was tuned to things that seem “FISHY”. Brava to her. More people should be as observant and responsible as she

The skill of that artist to reconstruct an image of a suspect from such a poor photo... WOW! It was almost as if he was posing for her. Amazing skill. But my heart goes out to all the families of these victims. I gave birth to a daughter on the day that lady was taken from her home. Oh my heart sunk when it was revealed they had a toddlers. A little girl.

To whomever said the woman who reported the van as a possible Karen, couple reasons I disagree. She didn't wait and verbally accuse the man of anything, also when she reported it, it was only to her friend who was an officer and didn't demand a supervisor. To be serious, sometimes being nosy is a good thing. It's very sad for the poor woman and her family.
