lmao the fcc in 2009 really said “Let’s make millions of perfectly functioning TV receivers obsolete so we can make the reception even more shotty and cut in and out all because current sales of HDTVs just barely made it to 50% of the market”

We may have had only eight or nine channels, on a good day, but the quality of the programs were a hell of alot better.
