You probably should have added a few tiers, like S+, S, S- and maybe A+, A, A-, since you seemed to be doing that with the character's placement within the tier, anyway. You also had several characters that you wanted to put between tiers, which is a sure sign you should have added a few tiers. Maybe next time!

IMO Sakurako is underrated. She has focus fire similar to S.Izumi. Not the best for PvP but I use her a lot. Definitely deserve the A class.

This is a great tier list, we just need a S tier in between S+ and A to separate the good units from the great units, especially those who fulfill the same niche for example in Piercing AOE there should be a must build compared to the others.
