My Xbox was disconnecting from both the controller and the internet. Replacing the WiFi card fixed my problem, thank you so much

Genius.....you fixed an issue I had for a long time. Hats off to you sir. Once I received my Bluetooth mod/card which goes very cheap on eBay, It took no more than 5 mins to replace and can now actually unplug my controller without it turning off. Thank you

Tried to sync my new controller with a USB cord that didn't work, tried with the sync buttons that didn't work, I all but gave up hope until I found this gentlemen he was right on the money. Thank you for the help

Just saved a couple hundred dollars, was about to buy our son a new Xbox! Ordered the replacement wifi card on eBay, installed it and the problem has gone away! Yes, taking the case off and lining it up to put back on took some time and patience, but it was totally worth it! Thank you!

I found that by taking the casing off and simply disconnecting the wires from the WiFi card and reconnecting them fixed the issue
