Make it wheelchair accessible with wider doorways, a tall toilet, & handicap railings. This would work for independent living of limited seniors & other restricted mobility people. Ideally with a side-by-side W/D unit available.

Get rid of the stone cladding and paint. Place factory painted hardy board instead for durability.

I would move the bedroom to where the living room is so that you have a window. The room used for the bedroom would be made smaller to be used as the bathroom. Move the kitchen/dining to the back. Living area upfront.

1. Make the washer (and dryer if desired) part of the kitchen. One can put a shroud around it to reduce noise.

ganda ng design po. may lot po ako 100sqm 8 x 12.5 meters, ganyan design sana pero sana yun kwarto may bintana at may balcony. 4 floors po.

It's a tiny unit. The refridgerator is needlessly big. Make it smaller and provide additional storage on top. Put the washing maching in the shower room and not outside to be exposed to the elements.
