Sir, through your medium, I would like to clarify NCL criteria (as of today) once. One should note that NCL status is just not defined on economic ground BUT also on basis of social status. Hence, many factors play out together while determining NCL status.

The officer who is sending the regarding of NCL in DV is also a government officer and SDM and magistrate are also government officer.There is no coordination between the two government departments.Due to which the students have to make rounds in both the government offices, due to which both the student's time and money is being wasted and this is a big blot on the Government of Ind.
