Blue Yeti USB Microphone ($128)
Editing:
Final Cut Pro X ($300)
This may all be a lot of money, but you really don't need anything too expensive to start animating!
Please don't ask me to draw or animate something for you for free. (But feel free to ask about voice lines!)
