A lot of very good points and factors to consider

Agree, I read about too many people buying a set to put in retirement but don’t quite get how it all works. Most people don’t really understand investing or fees associated. Not to mention eBay is going to send you a 1099 after $600 and expect you to claim it…Modulars are a different beast and I know when I’m done with them, I can recoup and/or make money on top of them.
