I don’t think this level is the worst visually, but I really feel like it could do a lot more. To me it feels like a straight up mix between Balengu Vortex and Arctic Lights. That would be fine if it was a bit more subtle, but this deco looks exactly like that as far as deco and colors go

Its like a combination of Artic Lights and Balengu Vortex, and its super cool looking! If this got optimized as a 2.2 level this would be awesome
