Toad and Archer are dead. Right as Ghost is pulling towards the helicopter, you can hear someone say "I got two snipers in my thermal". And after you get shot someone says "all targets eliminated" which has to be including Archer and Toad.

Here is how it goes. Soap dies, yuri dies, makarov died at the end by price hanging him. And ghost is not back. Since his voice actor will be voicing wallcroft.

When you pour gasoline on the ground, just like you might spill water on the floor, it spreads. So the area around Roach would just be a puddle of gasoline, and since a full container was poured on him it would have spread far enough so that it was touching Ghost.

In the mission "Takedown", which is the first misson ghost is feature in, he says before the misson "Roach, why do we have to wear these fireproof vests"

What everyone should agree on is that the idea of Ghost is in CoD: Ghosts. The concept of wearing a mask to protect others is what CoD: Ghosts is based off of; the different uses of masks. Look up IGNs cover on Call of Duty: Ghosts for more info about it.

He is dead. However, the voice actor for Ghost will be doing flashback scenes. So you will see different moments of Ghost before/during MW2.

Well treyarch actually plans ahead, unlike infinity ward( like when yuri is suposed to be there in cod4 and mw2 but isn't). In black ops 1 you can find evidence that woods is alive.
