I got a cousin who went to Purdue, I'm glad they finally got over the hump and are going back to the Championship!

I'll never forget the first time I heard Purdue's band. It was Nov. 4th, 1967 when they went to Champaign. The Boilermakers whipped the Illini 42-9. What a performance! It obviously made a lasting impression. "Hail Purdue" is a classic that I listen to repeatedly. It's no doubt the greatest fight song I've heard.

first time i heard the AAMB was yesterday when they came to Champaign and narrowly beat my Illini. After the game me (an Illini fan) and Purdue fan sang Hail Purdue after the game. It's such a good song and I figured I'd show respect.

Is it just me or does “Hail Purdue” sound a little like “I’ve Been Working On The Railroad”? Idk if that was intentional or just a happy coincidence.
